3. Basic requirement for certification
A letter of intent for certification should be submitted to the appointed certifying organization, and the following contents should be included:

Certificate holders should comply with the relevant regulations specified in the Management Method for the Certification Mark of Compulsory Product Certification.

5.2 Method and location for application
The country’s uniformly printed standard mark may be used, or printing/stem pressing may as well be used for applying certification mark.
If printing/stem pressing is used, the application proposal should be submitted to the compulsory product certification mark issuing and management body approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China for approval.
The certification mark should be applied on the smallest sales package or product itself.
The standard sizes for certification mark are 3#~5#.
5.3 Relevant requirement
When certification mark is applied through printing/stem pressing, the class of radioactivity level should be indicated below the mark.
When contents on certificate are indicated on the smallest sales package or product, such contents should be fully identical to that on the certificate.

3、认证实施的基本要求：向指定认证机构提交意向申请书，应包括如下内容：

5、认证标志使用的规定：认证证书持有者必须遵守《强制性产品认证标志管理办法》的有关规定。

5.2 加施方式和位置
可以采用国家统一印制的标准规格标志，或者采用印刷/模压方式。如采用印刷/模压方式，其使用方案应报中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会批准的强制性产品认证标志发放与管理机构核准。
应将认证标志加施在最小销售包装或产品上。使用标准规格认证标志的尺寸为3号至5号。
5.3相关要求
在采用印刷/模压方式加施认证标志的位置下方应注明其放射性水平类别。
获证产品最小销售包装或产品上标注认证证书所含内容的，应当与认证证书的内容相一致。
